What is TSIII SOI?
SOI (Super-hydrophilic Osstem Implant) is Osstem’s TSIII fixture with a super-hydrophilic surface treatmentapplied, the top-tier product. It maintains high surface free energy to prevent carbon contamination and, upon contact with blood, forms a rich blood clotto promote rapid osseointegration. It maintains a neutral pH environment, suppressing osteoclasts and maximizing osteoblast activity.

Upon contact with blood, the SOI surface spreads rapidly and induces the formation of a rich blood clot. This clot accelerates the first stage of osseointegration.

Neutral pH environment
