Payment & Insurance FAQ
Do you accept US credit cards?
Yes — Visa, Mastercard, AmEx all work. We also accept cash (KRW) and Korean bank transfer.
Can I get documents for insurance reimbursement?
Yes. We issue itemized English receipts, treatment breakdowns and doctor's notes on request — commonly used for overseas dental claims.
Are these prices final?
These are the published base prices. Your exact quote (including any grafts or add-ons) is confirmed in writing after examination, before treatment starts.
Do you offer payment plans?
Korean credit-card installment plans (2–12 months) are available for most cards issued in Korea. For international cards, please ask your issuer about installment options.
How We Keep Prices This Low — Without Cutting Corners
In-House Digital Lab
Our 2F digital lab designs and mills crowns and prosthetics on site — no external lab markup, faster turnaround.
Volume, Not Margin
As Cheonan's largest clinic operating 365 days, high case volume lets us keep per-case prices at local-market level.
No Broker Chain
Medical-tourism agencies typically add 20–50%. We simply don't work with brokers — you book direct, you pay direct.
How to Pay Less — Legitimately
I have Korean NHIS. What's covered?
Scaling once per year (~₩15–20K), extractions, root canals, gum treatment and X-rays are covered. For patients 65+, implants (up to 2) and dentures get major NHIS support.
Should I combine treatments in one plan?
Yes — combining (e.g., implant + crown work + cleaning) saves repeat exam fees and lets us sequence treatment efficiently. Ask for a combined written quote.
Is there a benefit to paying upfront?
Package treatments (Invisalign, full-arch) are quoted as complete packages — no per-visit surprise fees, which is itself the saving.
Do prices change seasonally?
Published base prices are stable. Any promotion is applied on top of the published sheet — never a made-up "discount" from an inflated price.
